O.P. Undecided  I use M+ will I need it with LCS 2005 ?
Does anyone know if combination of LCS2005 an the latest windows messenger will automatically log all your chats? 

I know a sysadmin who wants to wait to install M+ until we find out if we get logging in the upgrade.

I'm not entirely sure what LCS2005 is, but the latest Messenger Plus! doesn't work with Windows Messenger, only Live Messenger.

LCS is the multi IM thing from microsoft, I believe.

And no i seriously doubt Messenger Plus will work with any version of lcs

LCS in this case is Live Communications Server.

Messenger Plus! does not support this.

I'm not asking whether or not M+ will work with LCS.

I'm asking if anyone knows if the new Messenger will provide logging for users (vs admins) which is the only feature of M+ I really need.

In other words, will M$ make M+ irrelevant?
