While I am running two messenger accounts at the same time, I cannot seem to be able to add any contacts for either accounts (or the other contacts to add me). Can anyone help me why this happens??
Try making sure there is no contact in your list with the name name or e-mail adress. I deleted someone by accident..and went to re-add them and itwouldnt let me.
You need to delete all traces of the contact before trying to re-add. Delete them from the MSN bit and then from the e-mail part at the bottom as well. Then try adding.
if thats not the issue..try e-mailing MSN tecnical support.
