It´s possible create script for display the date and hour a msg offline was received, or the script  existed ??

Or, other solution is possible ?

umm, don;t offline messages already do that?

As NiteMare said, OIMs already show the date and time they were sent.

Just out of interest, does Plus' Chat Logging recognise offline messages and tag them appropriately or what?

It seems to tag them by when they were received rather than when they were sent.  I noticed this before but was busy last time, thanks for reminding me.

MP!L recognizes it like this:

So.. You can only see when the offline message is recieved in the logging.

the question we are asing you is "why?", offlince messages ALREADY show you when it was sent
