When my friend sends me a link (example: www.google.com), it doesn't open in a new window. Instead, it replaces the current internet explorer window I have open. Does anyone know how to fix this? =)
To my knowledge there isn't a addon/plug-in that corrects this, however I know this is something the team has planned on correcting in the next version .
If you use Firefox it can do this if you choose it as your default browser using Stuffplug.
Stuffplug -> http://www.stuffplug.com
And then tick this in Firefox.
Tools > Options > Tabs > Open new links in a new tab.

I've tried that too, but it doesn't work for me. It still opens it in the first tab that is open. Am I missing an option or something?

It also works fine 100% of the time for me with IE7, with the "Open links from other programs" option set to "New tab in the current window".
Where do you see that at ? I can't find the option .
