ok i downloaded the msgpluslive setup (MsgPlusLive-420)  from the site. I opened it and chose my language. I didn't do the sponserthing then i cliked next. it asked what scripts to download and i chose all of them. Cliked next and it says:"a fatal error occurred, the setup seems to be damaged."

i have re-downloaded windows live messenger and tried re-downloading msgpluslive twice. what shall i do? Please advise!

First thing to do is delete the set-up program from your system.

Next, delete your temporary internet files, this can be done within Internet Explore: Tools > Internet Options.
