O.P. small Inquiry - need your experiance

Dear All,

is there anyone can tell me how can I protect my Chat Log as I am using "Protect my chat log with a password" but not working at all.

could you please help me if you have any suggestion

If you go Plus! -> Preferences -> Conversations -> Chat Logging -> Ensure "Save all my chats to logs...." should be ticked and HTML would be the way to go. Hope it helps.
