Durrrh - well yep now I have done that ...

but still lagging when I type in email address and still the same error report coming up.......

OK do you mind posting this...just incase it might be a specification issue.

Format:
RAM: (just space e.g. 512MB)
Processor: (P4 3.06GHz)
Operating System: (Windows XP Professional with SP2)

OK...so you should have sufficient RAM, anything like sweetim or smiley central installed? anything like mess patch used? is messenger discovery live installed?

None of those installed. What is the mess patch? and messenger discovery live is not used.

OK then...forget about what mess patch is...for the time being it's a good thing. Now does it still do the same without Messenger Plus! Live installed? This will mean removing it and trying it

Ok uninstalled Messenger Plus Live! and it still isn't working.

OK means we should try a clean install...if this doesn't work, then only the messenger support team can help you.
