Every time I try to message this one contact on my list, and JUST this one contact I get this error message. She can message me but I cant seem to message her! I've tried removing her and then re adding her again, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. nothing seems to be working. I am getting REALLY frustrated....

You're not the only one with the problem, and apparently it's server side, that's all we can tell you for now, you'll have to be patient till they fix it.
