O.P. Too many shortcuts avaliable in Plus!, some improvements can be done
There are preset shortcut combinations such:
Formatting shortcuts: Ctrl+(R,B,T,U,O,K)
Quick Text shortcuts: Ctrl+(0,1..........9,Num.Pad 0,Num.Pad 1........Num.Pad9)
So in the same manner which Plus! warns user when user want to set same shortcut for locking and unlocking Messenger, it can warn (or at least not allow users to set shortcut to those preset values) users not to set Messenger Lock and Personalized Status shortcuts as these preset shortcuts.
I have tested the conflicted cases.
With the same shortcut set; Messenger Lock and Personalized Status are superior to Quick Texts and text formatting in a chat window.
Same shortcut can't be set for both Personalized status and Messenger lock (so this is a good behaviour)
