No not possible anymore.

There isn't a reliable way to do this.

The reason it does not exist anymore it's simple :

With the new Windows Live Messenger protocol, it has become impossible to tell accuratly if the chat window is closed or not.

Basicaly, even if you find a script that does this, it will nowhere be accurate, and will msot probably lead you into a mistake.
