PS: do not repeat an email address using the "@" symbol when someone writes it down with "[at]" or the likes. The reason "[at]" is used is so spambots wont pick it up that quickly as an email address.

But what happened when you pressed the submit button anyways? You said it doesn't work. What do you mean "it doesn't work"? What do you see, what is the error you're getting, etc....
