There is a script (or a plugin or an option) for create a different nickname for every contact?
 

You can do that with Messenger itself. Rightclick on a contact's name in the contact list > Edit Contact..fill in nickname in the Nickname field.

I think he means HIS nickname being different to each of his contacts. If this is what you mean; no, there is no way to do this.

If you mean changing your contact's nickname, then yes, do as Sunshine explained
