I was in a sort of drought until recently. I love rain... unless it becomes some sort of a threat or a danger.

After watching the news today, much of the problems have been caused by building companies trying to buy cheap land and sell cheaper houses by building on flood plains. Knowing this, it sort of pisses me off people are blaming it climate change.
It's flooded there before. That's why they're called "flood" plains. Not because sea levels are rising.
Of course, I still feel for the people who bought the houses not knowing this. And the ones who were unlucky enough to get flooded and not be living on flood plains.

Lol, try living in the Netherlands. Half of the country is below sea level and artificially kept dry. |
