For one I do not know what this is. I got this computer from a friend and every time i restart it i get a pop up.

I click ok and it sends me here. I have no clue what to do and it's getting a little bit annoying, I searched for Messenger plus in my computer but didn't find anything. I need some help.

It seems you have an older version of Messenger Plus! installed. If you can't see it on your uninstall list, go download an older version from http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/old/ and install it.
Then uninstall it from the add remove programs option.
