I can not find the event when the file received.
Does anyone has idea about that??

There was some testing with the likes of this in the beta version before 4.00 I believe, but it apparently was not always accurate (I'm unsure about if they were false positives or not launching the event or whatever the problem was...) and so they were just discontinued.  Realistically, there is not much need for them in general anyway.

This event can make lots of useful script.

Not all of the Message Types are logged I don't recall the ones that aren't but the ones that aren't never worked.

I will talk to Cyril and see what he says about getting it added to the next version.
