Alright... I was trying to record a voice clip the first time, and a dialog box popped up with some preferences which I ignored, just clicking Next. And now, when I try to do voice clips, it doesn't detect noise coming from the computer (as in music). How can I go back to these preferences and change them? It's not in the normal Tools > Options...

EDIT: Okay, it won't do normal sound either...

I assume you mean Voice  Clips as WLM's own sound service, and not the msgplus! live ones.

If so, you don't go in tools.. You go in one of the menus of Windows Live Messenger ( the contact list ).

Search for the Sound and Video submenu..

(I don't have wlm at work.. I'll try to find a screenshot to find exactly the menu I'm talking about.)

There, I found the image, it's in french, but i know the english terms, so the Menu is Tools - Audio and Video Configuration.

I meant Tools > Options in the main WLM menu, not the Messenger Plus menu, actually... and besides, neither has a Sound and Video submenu.

I have edited my post, check it out. It includes a picture, you should be able to find a "Audio and Webcam configuration" menu, or something like that.

And as a P.S: you've posted in the msgplus! help and support forums, such threads should be created in the "MSN/Windows Live Messenger" forum. (http://shoutbox.menthix.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=10) since it does not have anything to do with plus! but with Windows Live Messenger.
