Disrespectful? Never! aNILEator is actually quite close to what i had in mind.
I'm also glad you approve of my project. I too started out using Status2FTP, but it did not quite fit my needs. And it doesn't support multiple users. Adding to that, I wanted a challenge, and create a quality open-source product that everyone has the opportunity to see and contribute to.
