Hello Everyone,

I'm having kind of a major problem with my MSN, hopefully its not hard to fix.     I am unable to open MSN. When I click the desktop/start menu item nothing happends.   I have tried uninstalling and installing again, the same problem stuck. I have also tried an older version and the same problem consists.   I'm running MSN 7.0.. Dose anyone know how the heck I can get my MSN to open??

Have you tried a newer version of Messenger, such as Windows Live Messenger 8.1?

Given the fact he is using MSN 7.0 I'm assuming he is on Windows 98 or something like that.

I suggest unisntalling messenger again, and then delete any shortcuts you see in the start menu and on the desktop. The try installing Messenger again

Yes, I am using Windows 2000, so I am unable to download 8.1
