PlusOne Security Alert Service (PSAS) Script

Description: The PlusOne Security Alert Service script is one I thought of randomly one night. It is aimed more towards the average home computer user versus the regular user. The script checks upon Messenger Startup for new alerts, including viruses and vulnerabilities with a security rating of medium to severe. On messenger startup, the script will display the current security status (ex. "No New Security Threats!") and then check once every 8 hours and display a toast with the current security status update. Therefore, a check is performed 3 times in 24 hours. The status is obtained from a remote file that is 1kb in size.
