Well if a sharing folder popup comes either before hand or during msn is locked the pop-up will stay there. Just a small bug.

Another that is widely known is that when hiding WLM if any messages are receieved the it will not flash once unhidden.

I'll add one to this, as mine is basically the same as this except about a different window.

While locked, if someone adds you to their contact list, the accept/decline window will still pop up.

That's a known limitation.
