Okay, so, I'll be sitting there talking to my friends or doing other things on my PC and everything will freeze and my MSN will seize. It stops and then I go to talk to contacts and it doesn't open up windows, forcing me to exit the program.

My friends have reported getting an awkward message, followed by the sending of a file FROM me which I am not sending. My MSN is automatically trying to send files to other people on my contact list in Spanish.

Can anyone assist me with this annoying problem?

Ask your contacts what the name of the file is called, then tell me it. =]

You should run your up-to-date anti-virus first. Once I know what the file is called I can search for removal instructions.

Apparently, the message I'm sending says this:

"Ayy! pienso que encontre su foto en myspace!"

The name of the file is:

"image032.zip"


Then the message is followed by

"es impossible acredito que este retrato"

I think this may be linked with another virus, all of which are called image.zip with different numbers.
