O.P. Password encryption problem.

I've been using Messenger Plus for a while, and love it but now I have a problem.

It won't make a password for me to password protect my chatlogs.
Error says: Sorry, the cryptographic key could not be generated on this computer.

I've tried changing the size of key to generate encryption, same error message every time.

Running latest version of WLM, on a AMD Athlon laptop with Windows XP.

Any suggestions?
