I'm not using close to 3 GB, but over time, my percentage used is increasing (used to be around 2 percent and crept up slowly). So I'm using space faster than the limit is increasing, and if it continues, then I will fill up my account.
Since when has Hotmail been 5 GB? I thought that it was only 250 MB  .
