plzi need ur urgent reply i have 2 problems in my log files 1st is when i change or make new password it gives an error " SORRY , THE CRYPTOGRAPHIC KEY COULD NOT BE GENERATED ON THIS COMPUTER " and 2nd when i open my chat logs it gives error is " an error occurred while trying to decrypt your file please reboot or try again or another computer " i restarted my computer many times and reinstall windows live msnger and live plus but it did'nt work plz tell me what i have to do?and also i updated my windows
