i really don't get how to custom my responses, so i was wondering if someone could just give me a pre-made custom response thingy that they use

(and tell me how to use it or what to do with it, cos i am quite confuzzled)

Do you mean when your away from your computer, to send a message like "Im away, Ill be back later!" ?

Messenger Plus has auto answer built in, its called personalized status.

Name Tag : Im Away, BBL.
Personal Message : Away, Be Back Laterz!!
Auto Responder:
