because, apparently the time changes on the index page to what timoe zone you are, but I am +13 at the moment, I think, maybe 12, , but anyway, 3-4GMT + 12, or 13, is not 8-9pm

nanana, 3-4am GMT should be 11am-12pm GMT here... but index page just said ATTENTION: The forums will be down from 8PM until 9PM Wednesday during server transfer

what are the specs of the old and  the new server ???
