Is there a program around that can show you the specs or details of your motherboard/pci cards? such as network card/vid card etc? (preferably working with intel boards)

Well that Everest... I used it last night and it was pretty good like, but I'm sure its give me spyware youknow. Even SpyBot S&D's having trouble getting rid of it.

Everest doesn't have spy-ware, I've been using it for a long time and have never had any problems.

I don't think Major Geeks is a major distributor of spy-ware either, so I'm not sure how it ended up on your system.

Me nethier. S&D has got rid of most of it anyway now though

Everest adn CPU-Z did the job fine IIRC.
