If you then close the chat log viewer it will be deleted and wont go to the recycle bin. So if anyone gets a recovering program to get deleted files they can get access to the file and view it.

So, Theoretically, if you copied the file while it was open in the chat log viewer you could have the data that is "Encrypted"? Or am I not understanding this right?
