O.P. other people's nicknames

ok so i changed one of my friends nicknames but now everytime he changes it i can't see what he added or removed...how can i change that?

you have to remove the personalized nickname...
right click on contact->Edit nickname->remove it->press Enter...

Right click the contact > Edit nickname > Delete the nickname and the normal name will be shown.
