do you work about skype extension?

I think he (she?) just means to ask if Messenger Plus! Live works with skype. If that is the case, then no, it doesn't.

Mr.Huge made Skype Synch script to synch status.
There's a Skype and Gtalk synch script that synchs status, name and PSM where possibly (forgotten who made it, but i designed some UI for it)
and -DT-'s NowPlaying script 1.3.2 has a skype plugin to synch your now playing song with skype's PSM feature, although I've experienced massive problems with it in recent times, so be wary.

sorry, this is a forum just for Messenger Plus! Live, an add-on for msn/windows live messenger

i'm sure there are some skype developer forums somewhere where you could find an extension for skype

I don't think Skype is an application to extend, since it's slow and has delay as it is.
