Can anyone tell me that when i have (smileys or emoticons whatever you may call them), disabled my friend who has also got them disabled still gets them coming up on his screen when I type messages to him. This dosnt happen when anyone else contacts him just me.
are you sure he has disabled them correctly? i dont think your disabling of smileys on your computer affects other people... we're talking about the default icons that come with messenger, right?
