Simple, you can't....

(For sorting options see the menu in the contactlist: Contacts > Sort Contacts by)

PS: this subsection of the forum is about Messenger Plus! itself. Messenger Plus! is an addon for Windows Live Messenger. What you ask for has got nothing todo with Messenger Plus!, and thus it is in the wrong subsection. But no worries, this thread will be moved to the correct subforum.

thats a good idea for a new feature.... but in the meantime, heres an idea:

make a new group for all the contacts you have blocked and put them in there, then u can control it like the online list, etc...

its not exactly what u wanted, but give it a go...
