That's not an answer to the question though =/

John-t isn't asking how to pm CB. He just wants to know why WDZ didn't link to CB in that thread but did to wj.

I'm guessing CB didn't want to be flooded with PMs. Only DZ can answer really.

I think I only linked to myself, then wj added his own PM link. Simple as that.
