Hiya im having a big problem..i have installed msnLive 8.5 on my Laptop in default location and i installed Messenger Plus Live in default location and when i open/launch msnLive i get a "plus" tab at the top but when i click on it i get two things. 1: Software Not Loaded..."    2: "About messenger Plus!..." when i click on the first thing i get this...

"An error occured which prevented Messenger Plus! Live from loading properly. You can try reinstalling the software or wait for an update to be avalible."

could some one help me please

i cant see this problem on the fourms so i made one...hope any one can help me fanxs.

Thanks for you to reply...but i dont understand your links..i meen whats the point on replying? none of the given links are even helpful they havent even given me a way how to fix it ...PLEASE some 1 help me

have you tried uninstalling messenger plus, then doing a clean download of it (either clear your internet cache, or use a mirror site) and try installing that

Yes i have uninstalled msn live   and plus 3 times now even deleted the folders..and no i dont have any of the smilycentral or wat every u call it...i might try it on my mums comp see wat happens...i got 8.5..but again it dient even work wen i had 8.1 >_<..i guess i cant have plus on my comp im very very very sad about it i so totaly love this extention -,-
