someone sent me a background

without my consent, MSN got it and applied it

1) how do I disable the accept of sent backgrounds?
2) how do I restore the original background? (I chose some of the available backgrounds but none seems like the default)

1) Tools - Options - File Transfer - untick Automatically share backgrounds and accept shared backgrounds
2) look in the attachment
