O.P. Video Display Picture (A Suggestion)
Hello;
I would like to know if its possible to use a 'video' as a display picture currently.
If not, will it be possible to incorporate this in future upgrades of messenger plus! live?

This is impossible, due to the MSN protocol. Thankfully, a future version of WLM will most likely allow you to use an animated GIF file as a picture, upon its release.
