er its not unavailable? it just doesn't validate and the only validation error is some dodgy entity and that wont break your feed reader

The problem is my IE says it can't display the RSS because it "has code errors"

Correct, but it does break RSS Bandit...

Your RSS reader obviously doesn't the like accents in the description of the script as they don't process as normal character
