Messenger Plus! Live 4.50.0.312

When I have more that one conversation open and I'm using tabbed chats, if I minimise the conversation window, or just open another window ontop of it when I return to the conversation window it's not on the tab that I was last on, it goes to a different one.
There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it, its a random tab every time, i though it might have been going to the conversation that I last said something in or the conversation that someone last said something to me in, but this isn't the case, it just seems to be random.
I looked in the settings and there's nothing about this.

upgraded to the latest msn and still have the same problem

I have the same problem.
Also, the script i was using
Tabbed_Chat_Taskbar_Button_Changer.plsc
doesnt work anymore with the new Messenger Plus.
Now when someone talks to me when using tabs, it doesnt show the right person in the taskbar and when i click on it it doesnt go to that person

Very similar to the bug reported here

Would it be lots of work to fix the name showing in the taskbar as well?
What i mean is that the name doesn't update when someone talks to me. I used to use a script but it doesnt work with the new Msg+
