i bought a new mouse from argos today, i drove home, and opened it. i took out the instructon manual, mikomi cordless and optical mouse and its usb drive. I installed it as it said in the manual into my laptop. It didnt install properly, so i started the instructions from the top again, yet again it didnt work. So i tried it on the main computer and yet again it didnt work! What shall i do?

go to device manager and see if its listed there with a ! or not k

   1.  On the  desktop right-click on My Computer and click Properties or open the  Control Panel and double-click the System icon.
   2. In the System Properties window click the Hardware tab.
   3. In the Hardware tab click the Device Manager button.

and like i said look and see if its listed there with a ! if u do see that do this

right click on it and go to update driver a window might come up sayin up search the net or something click not this time and then click on the second option of that window the 3rd one that comes up will ask u if u wanna look in the cd-drive or place on the harddrive.. pick the cd-drive make sure cd is in and let it search k if nothin goes on could be the mouse is bad or ya usb port is outta wack if something else can work in it like cam or something u would know k

that hasnt helped much i still need help if possible
