This is really just a quick screenshot for tonight, but I wanted to tease people. I'm always wanting to download pictures that run in a sequence (1.png, 2.png, 3.png etc.). This script lets you save pictures (well, all files really ) automatically to a folder of your choosing. Adding some user options in there and a preview window to be able to select which pictures to download.

I'd still use wget

cURL has support for numeric ranges...

curl -O http://pr0n.example.com/pic[001-100].jpg

And there are other programs like FlashGot that can do this: http://flashgot.net/features#build_gallery
