Could anyone help. I have 3 windows live plus id's and i am only able to login to 1 of them. On the other 2 i am getting an error message 80048823. Any help i would be greatfull as i have differant contacts on each id. Many thnx Shelly. 

If you have not sign in for over 60 days to the other two, you have to sign in the hotmail and your accounts will be reactivated.

I hadn't signed in on one of my hotmail accounts in almost a year, still signed in perfect.

I got this problem once and when I signed in my hotmail, it told me that my account was succesfully reactivated.

The email service will get disabled after like 6 months, but you should still be able to use Windows Live Messenger.

I have submitted reset password. and it is not going to the email that is used for that id
Im getting quit stressed now.

A stupid question but can be easily overlooked, as your from the UK you have a choice of email adresses .com or .co.uk did you type the correct address?

If its a non messenger address you will not be able to sign in on an instant messenger, and please keep your reply's on one thread.
