Hi,

I use a laptop and a desktop at work, and often switch between the two. I have not been able to maintain the messenger connection while switching. 

Each time I move from one computer to the other, I have to sign on to Messenger.  For instance, if I'm working on my desktop, but need to be on my laptop for a time, I launch Messenger on my laptop, then look over and it signs me off of the computer!  It's really a pain to have to keep signing on and off depending on the computer I use. 

Is there any way to simultaneously sign on to the same account on two different computers?

In WLM 9.0 you can but thats not officialy released.

No. This is only possible on WLM 9, which is private beta at the moment, wait till the beta is officialy released.

Using WLM9, you can then even see the messages you send and receive on the one computer, on the screen of the other

Just be patient.
