O.P. changing the ads nationality

In the bottom of my messenger im getting USA ads with my new account (*@live.com) but with my old hotmail.com i used to get ads from israel. I've doubled checked the nationality in my account setting and changed it from usa to israel but no go.. maybe im not checking the right place?

Which version of messenger is this? as i remember is 8.1 i believe that it was based on the actual software, not on your nationality settings.

thanks, but the account nationality settings took time to kick in. all good now.
