Started a vista skin when we first got our hands on the skinning engine in beta testing, although encountered problems so stopped and made beaver and steve shaped skin instead (I still need to finish it )

Anyway Vistafy if ever completed aims to fit in naturally within a Windows Vista (official or themed{VTP}) environment

It'll come in 2 or 3 flavours (hopefully)

Vistafy Basic & Vistafy Aero ( Remembering that Glass Transparency is not available at the moment for WLM)

It well replace or force everything that is a vista only resource to be the default (so it'll look great on a VTP'd Windows XP) and is fully colourizeable as is the original WLM.

Anyway, Here's a (slightly older build) screenshot of Vistafy Basic, designed to fit in with a Vista Basic themed computer (non aero or glass)



Basic is basically (lol!) complete, just willz is currently in possession of it attempting to fix a graphical error, so it should be out soon

Oh if I can be arsed I'll make it 9.0 support too, but I've not used 9.0 in a while it's not worth it at the moment, especially with skinning

Looks good. I guess you can't skin WLM the options windows, right? That seems to me like a default windows form

Any who.. can't wait to give this baby a test run

we can (at least I think we can with a dll or something) but i'm not a program coder and can't be making a dll just to customize the layout of the options panel I have however replaced the images it uses (we can do that )

Presonally, I think the sign in window seems to have a bad design. But the chat window is great.

it looks pretty good in full it has the vista swirly circle thing as the log in animation and as you can see the vista swifty thing present in the bottom right same with toasts and the contact list (if ads are shown)

i've been working on a similar skin for a while but it keeps messin....

Did you do the animation?? [I did that, but it has a black shadow...and also...it skips two frames (cuz Busy Cursor is 18Frames, and that pic is 32 Frames)] Is it nice?!?! PLase..show us!

Maybe because this is the basic theme and it's not really supposed to be eye-catching, it's supposed to blend into it's environment.

Whereas the others are Black and green (ugly) and or pretty colourful and patterned like WAM

I have willz mods back and it's not at all what I wanted in the chat window so gotta re-do that now
