What must we understand from this "maximize" here because either this changelog is wrong or the current Contact Info windows' controls are wrong?

Is it:

-The well-known computer term "maximize" which enlarges the windows to fill the screen- or

-Making window to cover the screen by pulling from its ends manually?

I report this in Bug Reports because I think the change log indicates the intended behaviour for this but still feel free to move this thread to a more appropriate forum, if any.

Thats not being maximized, it's being resized
