when i got a window with conversation/s open, but minimized and then close a other window like Internet Explorer by clicking "X" the messenger windows opened automaticly.
It only "works" with windows supported by MS Windows (internet Explorer, my music, explorer...)
Even at windows by firefox or something like that it won't open.

It will happen with any window. The only thing is that the window you minimize must be the last window open on your desktop. But nothing should happen when you actually close a window though.
Anyways, this is a known limitation because of how Messenger Plus! handles tabbed conversation windows. Nothing can be done to prevent this, except for disabling tabbed conversations in Messenger Plus!.
