Start by downloading the Skinning Documentation from the Plus preferences menu and work your way from there

Seriously, so many times, at most a premier league skin is being considered, but nobody is going to make an individual club skin.

EDIT: if you want to make a skin of your own, search around for willz's skinning guide for in depth help
