whenever i put chinese characters in my nick. after i type each message my nick will keep shrinking and shrinking........

what MP!L/WLM version are you using?

the newest version for both Messenger Plus live and windows live

He is asking about his nick because there are some Unicode characters that will change the appearance of your nickname in some ways and it might be a character he uses in his nick that does this.

Although I never heard of a Unicode character that repeatedly shrinks your nick..

maxfiretkk, you could try changing your nick and see if this still happens.
Seems like I didn't read your post carefully enough, since you already said that this only happens when you add the chinese characters

Yes, to start with, just copy & paste your nick (or the character in question) into a .txt-file and attach it to a post and we'll take it from there.

how i do that? i get some error saying i will lose the unicode if i save it.

by the way the problem is solely msn plus! becaused i sent an email to windows live already. they said the problem is with msn plus! not windows live. so i tink this thread should be moved back?

Okay, here is the Unicode version of the nick he uses: nick.txt (you might have to right click - save target as)

This isn't Messenger Plus! related though, I disabled Plus! completely and it would still shrink the nickname.
It doesn't seem to be one of the Chinese characters but a combination of several characters which does this.. I'll take a closer look later.

hey thanks andrey after looking at ur reply i tried some stuff and it appears that if i remove the first part of my name it wont shrink anymore. thx dude =D
