I remember a while ago you were able to set the auto message to say different responses every time the same person messaged you, I was wondering how to set that back up

If you hover your mouse on the field for auto-responder in Personalized Status window, a tooltip should pop-up and explain the method. All I must say is you must hold Ctrl key while pressing Enter for creating a new line, because without Ctrl, it sets the personalized status and close the window.

I believe there are many threads about this, if only you searched the forum before asking it.
