I've now tried to re-install it.. yet still no configuration wizard shows up, when I sign into WLM.

I can only suggest that you uninstall both WLM and Messenger Plus! and then install the latest version of WLM (8.5) and then re-install again Messenger Plus!

What anti-virus or sypware programs do you have running? Any add blockers or registry guards etc?

My anti-virus program is Avast! home edition..
My anti-spyware program is Ad-Aware 2007
I have Google Toolbar installed in Internet Explorer..
I don't think I have any add blockers or registry guards on my computer.. Just Windows Firewall :)
